Help and support
Taleem 360 is a bilingual learning app for children aged 3 to 6. If something is not working, or you want to ask us anything at all, this page is the place to start.
What Taleem 360 is
- Short, playful levels in English and Urdu: counting, letters and sounds, early reading, and simple Deen lessons — with every instruction read aloud, so a child who cannot read yet can still play.
- Made for children aged 3 to 6, in three stages: Preschool, KG and Class 1.
- A grown-up makes one free account and adds a profile for each child. Children have no login, no password and no way to message anyone.
- No advertising and nothing sold to a child: the app has paid plans, but they are bought by a grown-up, through Google Play, behind the grown-ups' gate. A 3-day trial opens everything, and a free plan keeps part of the app open for good.
- Schools can run it in a classroom: a teacher makes a class, adds pupils, and hands parents a family code so progress follows the child home.

Common questions
- How do I get to the parent area while my child is playing?
- Press and hold the grown-ups button for three seconds. It is deliberately a bit fiddly so that a small child does not wander into the settings by accident. Everything for grown-ups — progress, weekly reports, time limits, your account — sits behind it.
- How do I switch between English and Urdu?
- Use the English / اردو switch at the top of every grown-up page. Each child profile also has its own voice language, which you can change in that child's settings; the child's whole screen follows it.
- Can my child play without internet?
- Mostly, yes. Levels your child has already opened on that device keep working with no signal (the app keeps the last forty screens, and clears them when a different child starts on that device), and anything they finish while offline is kept safely on the device and sent up as soon as the internet is back — their stars are not lost. Brand-new levels they have never opened do need a connection the first time.
- How much time should my child spend on it?
- Short and often beats long and rare. You can set a daily limit for each child in the parent area — fifteen minutes a day is plenty at this age.
- I forgot my password.
- There is no automatic password reset in the app yet. Write to slahuddinch1@gmail.com from the email address on the account and we will help you back in.
- How do I delete my account, or one child's learning data?
- Open the delete page linked below. You can remove one child's profile — which takes that child's learning record with it and leaves your other children untouched — or delete the whole account and everything on it. You can do either from inside the app or on the website.
- Something in a lesson looks wrong.
- Please tell us — write to slahuddinch1@gmail.com with the class, the level and a screenshot. Lessons are written and checked by people, and Deen content is reviewed before it is published. If something is wrong we correct it or take it down, and we will tell you what we did.
- Does my child need their own account?
- No. Children never sign in. A grown-up's account holds a profile for each child — a first name or nickname, a class and a character. We do not ask for a birthday, a surname or a photo.
- Are there ads, purchases or chat?
- None of them. There is no advertising, nothing to buy, no chat, no messaging and no way for a child to be contacted by anyone.
- I am a teacher and want to use this with my class.
- The schools page explains classroom mode, family codes and how to ask for a pilot. If you already teach at a school that uses Taleem 360, ask the person who set it up for the teacher code.
For app reviewers
Taleem 360 needs a free parent account: the lessons, the parent dashboard and the school area all sit behind a sign-in, and the child area sits behind a grown-up's session. Write to slahuddinch1@gmail.com and we will send working test credentials with sample child profiles the same day.
