Delete your Taleem 360 account

This page belongs to Taleem 360, made by Slah Ud Din. It explains how a parent or teacher deletes their account and their children's learning data — and lets you do it here, without installing the app.

Sign in to delete your account

Signing in is how we check that the account is yours. It takes a moment and you can delete straight away afterwards.

Can't sign in?

Write to slahuddinch1@gmail.com from the email address on the account and include:

  • the email address of the account you want deleted
  • the words “delete my Taleem 360 account”
  • whether you want the whole account or only one child's learning data removed

We complete deletion requests within 7 working days and write back when it is done. We do not ask for a password, a card number or any document by email.

What is deleted

  • Your login — your email address and your password.
  • Your parent profile — your name, your language and your timezone.
  • Your plan and purchase records — which plan you are on, when it ends, and the Google Play receipts behind it. We never see or keep card details: Google Play takes the payment.
  • Every signed-in device, so you are signed out everywhere.
  • Every child profile you added at home: the first name or nickname, class, character, and any daily time limit.
  • Everything those profiles learned: levels played, the answers given (including the shapes traced in writing practice), stars, level progress, skill scores, streaks, XP history, badges, unlocked characters and every weekly report.
  • The usage records kept against your account and those profiles — an internal ID and a learning fact such as “level finished”.
  • If you are a teacher: your membership of your school and of its classrooms.
  • If you use the Android app: the copy of the account and of your children's progress on every phone it is logged in on, the next time the app there is online and learns the account is gone; and the record of it on our server. A finished level still waiting on a phone to reach our server is dropped with it.

What is kept, and why

  • A pupil profile created by a school stays with the school. If you linked it with a family code, only the link to you is removed — the school keeps the profile and its progress, because it is the school's record of its own pupil.
  • If you run or help manage a school here, deleting your account removes your access to it. The school, its classrooms and its pupils are the school's records, not yours, so they stay — including any homework notes you wrote for a class, which stay with the class but no longer name you. To have those deleted too, write to slahuddinch1@gmail.com from the school.
  • A demo or seat request you sent us from the schools page is kept in our enquiry records — your name, school, city, phone, email and message. It is not attached to your account, so deleting the account does not remove it. Write to slahuddinch1@gmail.com and we will remove it.
  • Lessons, pictures and the recorded voice lines stay. They are our teaching material and hold nothing about you or your child.
  • Anything saved on your device for offline play stays on that device until the app clears it or you uninstall. The app keeps only the last forty lesson screens, and it drops all of them as soon as a different child starts on that device. A finished level that was still waiting to be sent is dropped the next time the app tries to send it, because the account it belonged to no longer exists.
  • Our web server keeps its own access log, which records the IP address of each visit. The app itself never writes an IP address to its database. That log is held for 14 days and then rotated out.

When it happens

Deleting from this page happens straight away: the records are removed from our database the moment you confirm, not queued for later. There is no waiting period and no recycle bin: once it is done we cannot show you the account again.

There is no database backup of this service, so a deleted record is not sitting in one waiting to be restored. Requests sent by email are completed within 7 working days.
