Terms of Use
Effective 15 September 2026 · last updated 15 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us for using LearnPK Kids. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
They are written to be read by a parent or a teacher. Where something is not settled yet, we say so.
1. What LearnPK Kids is
LearnPK Kids is a learning app for children of roughly three to six years old, covering early maths, English, Urdu, science, Deen and creative play. It works on the web at thetaleem360.com and as an app for Android and iOS. They are the same software.
It is a teaching aid for use alongside a grown-up, not a replacement for school, for a teacher, or for a parent sitting with a child.
2. Who may use it
- An account may only be created by an adult: a parent, a legal guardian, or a teacher acting for a school.
- You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and you must give a real email address.
- A child does not get an account. A child plays inside an account a grown-up has opened, on a device the grown-up has already unlocked.
- A child of this age should be supervised. Please stay nearby, agree how long the session will be, and use the daily time limit if it helps.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at slahuddinch1@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into it.
3. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- share your login with people outside your household or school,
- copy, resell or republish the lessons, pictures, audio or worksheets outside your own family or classroom,
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the app or the server,
- use automated tools to collect content from the app,
- put anything into the name, school or message boxes that is offensive, or that belongs to someone else.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used in any of those ways. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first.
4. The content, and what we promise about it
- Nothing generated by an AI is ever shown to a child. AI is used only as a drafting aid for our own team: a draft goes to a person, and only a person publishes it.
- Every activity is checked automatically before it is published, and anything that fails the check stays a draft. Activities written in our own content tool go further: they move through draft, review and approval by a person, and the record says who approved them.
- Deen World covers shared basics only. Our rule is that a qualified Islamiat teacher reviews it before public launch, and that no prophet or other sacred figure is ever depicted.
- The numbers you see in a progress screen or a weekly report come only from real play. A test or demo profile can be given access to levels it has not yet reached, but being given that access earns it nothing by itself — every star and every XP point still comes from a level actually played.
- Where a weekly report is worded with the help of an AI service, every number in it is checked against what was actually recorded, and the text is thrown away and replaced with our own wording if any number does not match.
The curriculum is designed for Pakistani early learners. Alignment with the national curriculum is under review and is not yet certified, and we do not claim otherwise.
We own the lessons, artwork, audio and software, or we license them. You may use them for your own family or your own classroom. Everything else stays ours.
5. Schools and classrooms
A school account lets a school register itself, invite teachers with a code, create classrooms, add pupils, set assignments and see class progress.
- The school decides which pupils to add and what to call them. Please use a first name or a nickname only.
- The school is responsible for telling parents that it is using LearnPK Kids and for having their agreement before adding a child.
- A teacher may only see the classes and pupils of their own school.
- A school may give a parent a family code so the parent can see the same progress at home. Doing so is the school's decision.
- If the school stops using LearnPK Kids, it should tell us so the pupil profiles can be dealt with properly.
A school pilot or paid arrangement is covered by a separate written agreement with the school. These terms cover the use of the app itself.
6. Price
LearnPK Kids is free to use. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions to buy, and no adverts. The app cannot take a payment: it asks for no card details and has no checkout of any kind.
If we ever introduce a paid plan, we will publish the terms for it before it starts, it will be optional, and any purchase inside the app would go through Google Play or Apple's own payment systems and would sit behind the grown-ups' gate.
Arrangements with schools are agreed separately in writing and are not made or paid for inside the app.
7. Privacy
How we handle information about you and your child is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. It explains what is collected, what is never collected, who else sees anything, and how you can look at it or have it deleted.
8. Availability and changes
We try to keep LearnPK Kids running and improving, but we cannot promise it will always be available. We may change, add or remove features, levels and content. Much of the app also works without a connection; anything finished while offline is sent to us when a connection returns.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell account holders by email before any change that materially affects them takes effect.
9. Ending your use
You can stop at any time. You can delete a child profile from the parent area. Deleting your whole account is not yet something you can do yourself — write to slahuddinch1@gmail.com and we will do it for you. Deleting a profile or an account deletes the learning records that go with it, as the Privacy Policy describes.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harm the service or another person, or that we are required by law to close.
10. What we do not promise
LearnPK Kids is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be free of faults or interruptions, that every piece of content will suit every child, or that using it will produce any particular result at school.
Screen time for a young child is your decision. The daily limit and the healthy-use reminders in the app are there to help, but they are not a substitute for your judgement.
11. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, and because the app is free to use, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, for lost data where you have not kept your own record, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control.
12. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan, and disputes are to be dealt with by the courts there. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of them still apply.
Where the app is installed from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard end user licence terms also apply to that copy, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement, other than as the stores through which you obtained the app.
